Суэтин Алексей Степанович (1926-2001 гг.)

С 1950 г. - мастер спорта СССР, с 1964 г. - гроссмейстер, а с 1965 г. - международный гроссмейстер. Участник десяти финалов первенства СССР, победитель и призер более двадцати пяти крупных международных турниров. В течении одиннадцати лет был тренером чемпиона мира Т. Петросяна. Автор более сорока книг (в основном по теории шахмат).
